    Refund Policy

    After a returned item is received at our location, it will be inspected to confirm its condition and eligibility for a refund.

    Once the inspection is completed, you will receive an email notification informing you whether your refund request has been approved or rejected.If approved, the refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

    Gift Returns

    If the item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the returned product once the return is processed.

    If the item was not marked as a gift, or if the order was first delivered to the purchaser before being given to you, the refund will be issued to the original buyer.
